My Space Wolves

Note: The following was written for 5th edition.  A revised army list and pictures will follow in 2013.

Here is the list I currently use (more detailed background and pictures to follow later):

A different iteration is also below, which loses the foot grey hunter squad to upgrade the razorbacks and the last rhino to razorbacks with lascannons and twin plasmaguns, also the addition of a landspeeders helps with killing heavy armour and adds some longer ranged AP1 to the army:

I also have a unit of thunderwolf cavalry that I'm building, but I'll concentrate on painting up this list.

At 2000 points I just add in the 5 thunderwolves, and make a few small tweaks:

• Add in 5 Thunderwolves with powerfist and a bit of extra wargear + 285
• Add an extra Grey Hunter to Squad Alpha + 15
• Lose a Missile Launcher Long Fang from each squad - 50

I'll play without the Thunderwolves to start with, so I can better assess what to lose to fit them in the 1750 point lists.
